Explain the love-hate relationship with repetition.
The body enjoys ritual. Everyone has a set routine for getting up in the morning. It provides comfort to know today will have some semblance of normalcy.
Find other routines in your day and be careful they aren't ruts, lest you become bored.
And to answer that caption, I would say that repetition (the love part) gives us a familiar feeling, that we know what to expect and therefore aren't lost, but at the same time (the hate part) makes us feel there is nothing left to surprise us and inspire us.
